1. No Return & No Refund Policy
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Medicines, supplements, remedies, or any consumable health products once delivered
- Digital products, downloadable content, or recorded sessions
- Personalized services, consultations, therapy sessions, assessments, or treatment plans once booked or delivered
This policy is necessary to ensure hygiene, safety, ethical healthcare practices, and regulatory compliance.
2. Service Appointments & Consultations
- All appointment bookings are non-refundable
- Rescheduling may be permitted only at our discretion if requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries (Limited Exception)
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, a replacement may be considered only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit, or
- An incorrect item was delivered due to our error
Conditions:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence is required
- Replacement decisions are made solely at our discretion
