We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience from the moment you place an order until it reaches you. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully.
1. Order Processing
- All physical product orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email
- After dispatch, a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent
Please note that services, consultations, and digital products do not require shipping.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within India and to select international locations
- For international shipments, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
4. Order Tracking
- All shipped orders include a tracking number, shared via email once dispatched
- Orders may also be tracked through our website under the “Track My Order” section, where available
5. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. These may include, but are not limited to:
- DHL
- Speedpost
- India Post
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- Other trusted courier services
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you
- Reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
7. Damaged, Incomplete, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details and photographs (if applicable).
